DisQuE Dispersive Sample Preparation used for QUECHERS Method AOAC Method 2007.01. The kit consists of 100 units each of extraction tubes and clean-up tubes. Each 50 mL DisQuE Extraction tube contains 6 grams of magnesium sulphate and 1.5 grams of sodium acetate. Each 2 mL DisQuE Clean-Up tube contains 150 mg of magnesium sulphate and 50 mg PSA (primary-secondary amine SPE sorbent). Detailed method instructions are included with the kit. QUECHERS (pronounced catchers) methods are used for multi-pesticide residue analyses in food.

This is clean-up tube is used for the extract from step 1 in QUECHERS CEN Method 15662. This 15 mL tube is designed for larger extract volume clean-up. QUECHERS (pronounced catchers) methods are used for multi-pesticide residue analyses in food. This is a 50 pack of tubes containing the d-SPE components.
